1. General Return Guidelines

· Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.

· All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

· Items must be in their original packaging and remain unopened (except for cases of defective or damaged products).

· Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

· Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy products, meats, and seafood.

· Opened or used food items, beverages, and condiments.

· Personal care and hygiene products.

· Custom or bulk orders placed for businesses, unless defective or incorrect.

3. Process for Returns and Refunds

· Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team support@afrineeds.com within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order details and evidence (photos) of the defective or incorrect item.

· Review and Approval: Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions. If approved, you may be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

· Return Pickup or Drop-off: If a return is required, we will provide details on how to return the item, either through pickup or designated drop-off points.

· Refund Processing: If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. Store credits may also be offered as an alternative.

4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with the same or similar product, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Order Cancellations

· Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for delivery.

· Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
